Teemo Rework Idea

Passive- Master Scout: Teemo, upon standing idle for 2 seconds, gains a tracking passive for 10 seconds (must run out before resetting) that allows him to see where an enemy has walked in the past 30 seconds [Sight range is same as his normal vision] [the trail is a with of 250]. Teemo cannot see inside of brush without vision and tracks in the river diminish 25% faster.

Q: Deals 80/100/140/200/250 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage and blinds the target for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds.

W: Move Quick - Passive: Unchanged Active: Teemo starts to sprint, building for 1 second he gains up to twice his move speed. Teemo then for 2 seconds becomes stealthed as long as he is moving. He then has his move speed diminish over 1 second.

E: Apply Poison - Active 1 [Posion]: Teemo Applies Poison to every dart as he fires, damaging his targets over time Active 2 [Sedative] - Teemo applies a Sedative to his darts, slowing enemy champions and adding a stack of Sedative. Upon Reaching 5 stacks, the target is rooted for 1 second, unable to move.

R- Unchanged Except his E effects what kind of mushroom is put down. His poision mushroom wont slow, and his slow mushroom wont damage. Hitting a sedative mushroom applies [1.5 Stacks / 2 Stacks / 2.5 Stacks] (Mushrooms must be places outside the range of other mushrooms)

Thoughts: Teemo being a scout seems to do more sitting than scouting, his dark seems to me a more hit and run tactic than a chasing or kiting tool. Strategic placement of his mushrooms could be key to rooting more than 1 enemy, and having to choose between CC or Damage might open up more build paths. While everyone hates this little guy, I know giving him CC would be insane, but what if people under the Sedative took 30% reduced damage from the poison passive?

Passive is utterly useless. Seeing where a champion has been does not do anything at all.

I had an idea. If he went stealth on a shroom if you pressed R he could move stealthed to other nearby shrooms a bit like reksai, but slower and less range-only nearby ones.
