Pulsefire Ezreal - Revisited

With the release of the newest project skins that look absolutely beautiful, I think it might be cool to see riot revisit some skins that deserve love. Pulsefire Ezreal comes to mind for me. The first ultimate skin, costs about 25 dollars, yet some would say it looks worse than the 10 dollar project skins that came out. I'm not asking for a full redo of the skin, as it does have many features, but a touch up so that it is respected as an amazing ultimate skin.
