another form of QSS
Riot should come out with another form of qss for bruisers, marksmen or even tanks thats more along a defensive item then building into a heavy ad item. maybe include health or more options for game play

it's kinda silly but 
does the exact same thing as qss, but it can't be used while under action preventing cc so it's just for the support to qss an ally.
