Is RavenBorn Le'Blanc, and UnderWorld Wukong Skin Limited?

When i clicked Limited Availability to see wich skins came back from the past years, UnderWorld Wukong and RavenBorn Le'Blanc appeared, I was going to buy underworld Tf but now if ravenborn is limited i would probobly buy her since im better with le blanc, and i want a limited skin.

They're Legacy, not Limited.

I don't think Riot is doing Limited anymore.
