[MINI REWORK CONCEPT] Kindred, The Eternal Hunters
KINDRED MINI REWORK 
I feel Kindred's R does not represent her properly, if she is death, why does her ultimate have the ability to save the enemy when she should be trying to hunt and kill them. My design represents her lore. Option 1 stay in the circle and die by the arrow, or Option 2 run away from Lamb and be chased by the wolf where the enemy has the possibility of even being executed if they are low health. I removed the immune to death effect because again she is death she shouldn't be saving no one. For her passive, with the meta currently if Kindred is caught invading she is probably going to low the fight and die and get really behind and this will help her contest scuttle crab too in the early game. Her Q Dance of Arrows I just want to give her some buffs again I feel she just cant compete with the current meta.
Mark of the Kindred: NEW EFFECT: Kindred deals 10 - 54 based on level bonus damage to marked enemy jungle camps.
Dance of Arrows: NEW EFFECT: Dance of Arrows applies on-hit effects. Cooldown changed from 9 seconds at all ranks to 9/8/7/6/5 Bonus AD Ration increased from 65% - 75%
Wold's Frenzy: UNCHANGED
Mounting Dread: UNCHANGED
Lamb's Respite: REMOVED: While inside the area, all units (including champions, minions and monsters; both allied and enemy) Intervention cannot be reduced below 10% their maximum health. Units in the area who reach the threshold cannot be healed while within for the remaining duration. REMOVED: Heal {200/250/300}
NEW EFFECT: Lamb blesses the ground under herself for 4 seconds. While Lamb is within Lamb's Respite: Dance of Arrows deals additionally 2%/2.5%/3% of the targets max health. Kindred gains 15%/20%/25% life steal. If the enemy champions leave Lamb's Respite: Enemy Champions take 200/250/300 +{5% of their missing health} and are slowed by 50% for 1.5 seconds.
