So about the Halloween skins

I found this and was really happy at first. Upon looking in game I was saddened to find that it is not true. It does however have a lot of informatin that IS true. So could this be a leak, or just something made to make us people who missed the skins pissed?

I would love to be able to get nidalee and maybe nocturn. Seeing as how Halloween is a week and a half away its kinda weird that Riot has not made any mention of any skins except the upcoming ones, wukong and the other person. Any news Riot?

Garena is not the same as NA. We might get some of the older harrowing stuff again but we also might not.

Personally I hope they just would stop re-releasing rare skins/limited time skins. It's annoying for people to buy them and feel like they have a collectible, when in reality, it's going to come back and not be as rare and amazing. I own all the harrowing skins, and bought them on release, and a few christmas skins. It's annoying to see them re-released. Selfish I know though...
