New hextech essence exchange

I was wondering it it would be possible in one of the future updates to add a feature in the hextech tab that allows you to exchange blue essence for orange and vic versa, at a rate of course cuz there is always those time that you don't quite have enough essence for a champ or a skin but you have more of the opposite essence
