Just a thought... Why is the one champion who is all about the moon, not have a blood moon skin?

They only recently started to explore the Blood Moon angle, so if i had to guess it's just that they're trying to distribute the appearance on less obvious champions. They may design one for her eventually.
Riot made a post about this. They plan on making a Blood moon skin for her, but it is not released yet, they are still implementing the animations for her
