(Champion Concept) Astra and Gab, the Circus Performers

Backstory: Astra is a circus performer who's learned how to use a variety of ranged weaponry while riding a giant aerial beetle. The crowd thoroughly enjoys when she is able to shoot a bow with her feet while balancing a poro in her hand. Her cloths are eccentric: bright reds and blues adorn her patchwork baggy pants and shirt: bits and pieces of cloth from the places she's visited. She has been almost everywhere in Runeterra with her posse, even preforming in some places within Noxus. Her performance brings out gleeful happiness in people wherever she goes.

Though her childlike wonder has been phased out by adult wisdom: she is always revels in making polite conversation. "And where are you from? Oh, I can recognize that material from anywhere, Ionia is beautiful this time of year! "

Nobody knows where she's from though...

Role Breakdown: Astra rides a giant aerial beetle (or G.A.B), this frees up her hands, or feet, to use her short bow to do a variety of trick shots. Though Gab is quick, his carapace cannot take much of a beating and his wings get tired very quickly. She has low damage, but is highly mobile . She does better with a strongly coordinated team.

Abilities*: P: Trick arrows! -- Every X amount of auto attacks, Astra changes to a trick arrow which can do 1 of 3 things: Split, Curve, Slow. These can also affect abilities: it always prioritizes enemy champions over minions. Split: Arrow breaks into x pieces and hits x targets. Curve: It will dodge anything blocking the target. Slow: Hits a vital spot on the target and steals tenacity.

Q: For the Fans! -- Astra does a handstand and uses her feet to get greater pull weight. Shot in a straight line, the arrow stops at the first target hit. If target is running away from Astra the arrow does less damage, but applies grounding. If the target is facing Astra they are disarmed.

W: GAB! -- the beetle can fly! .... that's it. Target a wall, or obstruction, and fly over. holds X charges.

E: Fireworks! --- Astra lunches a salvo of arrows with fireworks at the end of them. Click on a target and Astra will send X amount of "fireworked" arrows at them. Does Aoe and if target is hit by all of the arrows they will be nearsighted for short period.

R: Cirque du GAB! -- Gab goes high into the air. Gab flies and moves faster X seconds, w has no cooldown and autos, q and e have extra range. When he lands he sends a shock wave knocking enemies back.

I think the complexity of the champ could be better distributed: currently, her passive and Q have many effects, which render them somewhat unreliable, while her other abilities are rather lackluster. (I also recommend switching W and E, because most champs have their mobility option on E.) For example:

Passive: Every Nth basic attacks (scaling down with level) is AoE (cone around target).

Q: Skillshot (or auto reset) that slows (strong slow for a short time).

W: DoT area that grounds and slows (weak slow for a longer time); final tick inflicts nearsight or disarms.

E: Dash that goes over terrain and grants tenacity for a short period.

R: AoE cone knockback on cast, followed by decaying movement speed buff for X seconds.

That's my take anyway; if it inspires you, use it as you see fit.
