Nasus skin idea for the holidays or w.e

Candy Cane Nasus.

It randomly came to me today and I thought why isn't this already a skin? I would love to hit people with 1000stacks on my Q with a big Candy Cane. idk about anything else for the skin or abilities but just having that would be alright by me
