League of Legends (CLIENT)

I spend mutch time in the client, and I like it more than any other game (because its wondowed) it feels like a social network, can RIOT do something that the client turns into a REAL social network? like you can post pictures in the club chat, you can post clips about your awesome plays in client, and that every club has a part where they can post events and stuff to inform players.

And ofcourse a all chat like in Overwatch :) that would be really cool :)
