guys, i just saw this trailer and thought that if ekko is our new champ, i hope they go out of their way to make him an exciting champ to play. Also if his ult is what he does in the video im thinking itll be a zilean ult replica. What are your thoughts?

Ok Important thing to note, at the beginning of the fight he pulled the chain on his device. And whenever he goes back in time he always goes back to that 1 specific point in time. From what I note, he can't just hit a button (or wrist) and go back in time, he has to set a beginning check point to he will always return to.

I think the ult will the same, you have to use forethought and plan where ur check point will be. And I think that an ult that requires skill like that is something that Riot could do. R to set the checkpoint, and R again to go back about 4 sec, he might be able to do this multiple times, but probably at the cost of a longer CD, or more mana. Im also betting that its effect is limited to a certain radius. And as we all notes it will only reverse his location, the enemies, but its not gonna negate damage or death.

He also seems to be pretty fast, so that may be a part of something.

I think it will be similar to I cannot remember the game or character name sadly... but you would click the button and it would take YOU back to 5 seconds ago(let's say) putting you back at that spot you were with the health and mana you had then.

Looks like a Prince of Persia inspired champion

I'm curious what's on the wall that is important enough for him to reset time one last time at the end.

I think I'd be an interesting thing to troll with if his ult was global and it would reverse everything in the past 5 seconds or so and he could even use it after dying sorta like Karthus but you know only a 2 second window to do it. Also his skills could solely be self buffs such as increased attack speed and movement as well chance to dodge attacks and maybe a slow on enemies. Perhaps his passive could be that he will see their weak spots and be more likely to land critical hits.

When he goes back in time, he doesn't heal his injuries. That much is clear. So definitely not a replica of Zilean's ult.

my thoughts are how hilarious it is that because the video didnt show him healing it was like "he wont heal because he doesnt seem to in the video" but thats exactly what his ult does.
