New Champion(s) idea

Hey everyone.

I started playing LOL because of my friends (to play together), who are way ahead of me, and for that reason can't play ranked matches with me. I had and still have to buy a few champions and level up a bit but I am getting close to the requirements. When buyng champions, I pick the ones that seem the most fun to use even if people say they are terrible. Some times I just get a shard for an unusual champ and I like him so I unlock him, but other times I have an idea of what I want and search for the champ that best fits what's on my mind.

I recently had an idea about an unusual passive that isn't actually a passive. What if there is a passive that instead of being active during the game is activated at the beggining of a match if another champion (with the same passive) is also present. You could even take it a step further and make their abilities complemantary, meaning when used together deal extra damage, bonus healing or even create buffs and debuffs (stuns for example). Perhaps this is too hard to balance and messes up the ban mechanic. However, unless they are an adc and support they will not get the chance to combine their attack until later in the game. This is a quick way to balance them (they can't purchase support items for example).

Of course this idea needs to be worked on and matured. In spite of that, I think it would be fun to play with my friends using them (the champions) and working together. I am posting this so that you can help me further develop this idea and if it doesn't work, to maybe originate new ideas for innovative champions that offer new ways of playing this game.

So no passive in Draft?

They would only sometimes have a passive in Blind.

This is basically just an extreme form of what Xayah and Rakan already have. Xayah Rakan

Tuning the strength of 2 champions combined even higher than with them is probably not a good idea. People were already complaining that Rakan is too reliant on Xayah as his partner, since the increased dash range holds quite some power.
