Passive: "Everybody pays." - As long as I get my share... - A constant income of gold that can be transfered to any player on the team, similar to Zilean's passive.
Q: "Out cold!" - A swing from a short yet heavy billy club applied to the back of the head! **A stun or perhaps a slow? Or a mixture of both? Something similar to Irelia's E? **
W: "A free man, at last." - A generous amount offered to bail you out and set you free. **A CC-disable and/or protection? **
E: "The Syndicate has decided." - There's no hiding now that the Syndicate has called for your head! - A debuff that increases damage taken?
R: "Here's an offer that you can't refuse!" - A proper bribe will do the trick! - **Enemy turret/player is "bribed" into not attacking you or yours, turning their weapons against their own for a short while. **
