"Photoshop" ...or rather Painter Nami idea?

Hey! :) So I main Nami support and while I was chatting with one of my good artist friends, I came up with an idea for a possible skin for Nami that's kind of in theme with the arcade-style skins. The name is loose still, but something to do with paint in itself.

For examples:

Her Q would be a bubble of paint. Pretty easy to do I think.

Her W would be a technicolor paint wash, where it could change colors when it bounces back and forth.

Her E would be the 3 primary digital colors of red, green and blue that would encircle the champ and show the paint on the projectile if used on a ranged champ.

Her R would just be a wave of colors that shimmer in different colors down the pathway.

Maybe this skin came from the scope that I've always wanted to be an artist, and my favorite champ has a staff that can easily be turned into a paintbrush...just saying.
