Teemo Rework Idea
So after the first attempt rework failure, I wanted to see if I could share some ideas for potential Teemo rework.
Teemo stats: Main change=Auto attack range to 550
Passive (Scouting!): Same as right now + When inside a brush and stealthed, his map/overall vision increases by 100
Q ("Blinding pouch"-upto 5 points; magic damage): A bowling ball like projectile(1700 projectile speed; 800ish range; Width of effect is similar to Xerath's Q or a bit narrower; ignores collision until it hits an enemy champion), straight line skill shot that releases blinding gas/powder as it travels. The blinding effect lingers in the area after the projectile has rolled by (0.5-1second). This blind has the same mechanic as current teemo blind where auto attack is counted as 'missed' (not like Quinn or Graves blind). Flat dmg (and maybe blind duration) increases with skill level.
W ("Survival Instinct"-upto 5 points): Passive: Allows Teemo to travel stealthed for a very short while (distance or time based limit; limit increases with skill level) when leaving a brush stealthed. W (survival Instinct): Active: Grants Teemo burst of movement speed and a small attack speed bonus. Also gains a small tenacity based on how many allies or enemies are nearby (gains more tenacity as less allies are nearby and/or more enemies are present)
E ("Scout's Trap"-upto 5 points; magic damage): Teemo's signature mushroom traps (very similar to current Teemo's mushrooms). Can initially store 3, but storing limit increase with skill level (max 5). AND/OR trap has 6hp, but hp increases with skill level (max 10). Explodes when enemy gets too close. Briefly lights up the area and the champions hit by the trap around the explosion (just like currently where it shows vision when it explodes). DOES NOT DEAL DAMAGE OVER TIME; only flat initial damage. Explosion radius = 450. Collision radius = 100. Arming time = 1second. Mushroom timer life = 5minutes (increases with skill level). Slows the champions that were hit.
R ("Scout's Secret Preparation"-upto 3 points): Teemo's auto attack and all his damaging skills now also deal poisonous damage over time (decent magic damage) -Q Upgrade: !Maybe move blind duration increase to here -W Upgrade: !Maybe move tenacity element to here -E Upgrade: !Increase mushroom trap throwing range. !Maybe move extra hp/storing limit to here
Either make it so that once you level up 'R', all of these upgrades come online. OR Have a similar mechanic to Kha'zix's, where you can upgrade a skill with every skill point. Once you reach level 18 with Teemo, all upgrade is unlocked and fully operational.
