RIOT PLEASE, CUSTOM SKINS!!!!!!

Hey community maybe there where some posts about this topic earlier but i thought that it is the time again, mainly because the season ends soon. (sorry for my bad english, i am spanish) I think that every person, not only in real life wants to be an individual human being. In League this is not really possible, ofc we have a few champs and summoner icons, but the only real thinks that tells us apart all other players are our names. Now the backstory is clear i want to come to the main topic.

I think that it would be really coll to add some different colours to champs like master yi with a red blade and blue eyes or smth like this, only small things but enough to tell our champion apart the ones our friends and enemies have. With RP of course because when it costs rito something we want to pay them thanks to everyone who took their time to read this shit.

For example, i recently came across the league craft website and there are some really cool custom skins I would like to use. As far as I know the skins are client side only so only I would be seeing myself with the custom skin, so im wondering if we are allowed to use custom skins.
