Can we have a Bard skin?

Easter-Egg Bard skin, would be nice to have a skin for him since his last skin was Bard Bard in 17-Nov-2016 and would fit his passive in my opinion.

Agreed that a bard skins is LOOOOONG over due. Breaks my heart to see so many cool champs ignored in lieu of the same champs over and over again. Like once lux got elementalist she didntl't need a new one for a long time. But it don't work out that way. And dear lord no more yas skins for a while either ffs.
