Why does champions as Rengar not get more skins??

Rengar is one of the most loved and hated champion in LOL. But i think he got his last skin from like 2 years ago, he really need a new one. There is a lot of cool skin concepts on the net, they can try to start with looking at then. PLS RIOT!!
