Rune Ideas

I have some interesting ideas that would allow different playstyles, one thing I struggle with sometimes with certain top lane mana champs is well, the mana, I'm forced to only aa cs because using mana would render me helpless against the enemy top laner, so I thought of a couple things that would allow people to either cs or get better mana sustain, I'll start with the more unlikely, the mana ones, runes with passives such as doran's ring, with mana on each cs given, not all but just some to justify using abilities to cs more, another is a rune that allows you to use abilities pretty often with no mana cost, or reduced by a large percentage, this ability would, however, not do any damage and pass through all enemy champs, that's right, it would only work on minions, monsters would have to be exempted or balanced out, but it would be a toggle, or an active similar to predator, the current boot active keystone, and the only one too, I bet it's lonely, and it'd be nice to get more active rune options out there, another option is to make a rune that works similar to a manamune, but a lot weaker, this would help champs that use 3 abilities and end up with 30 percent mana, such as Irelia, my main, in the late game, this too would be more risky however. Another rune idea that came through my mind is a rune that has a sheen passive, just like klepto, it has special properties after each ability used, however it only increased damage by 25 - 50 percent, and it scaled off level, this would be a very interesting rune for certain bruisers that are struggling right now, such as renekton,or just champs that don't have a proper rune to use like camille, irelia, jax. let me know what you think in the comments, of course the balance team and pbe would have to properly verify exactly how runes like these would affect the meta or intertwine with other runes, but I think they seem interesting, at least more than the cancelled undying grasp rework, when they could've just made a new one and made it fervor.
