When will world championship skins be available again?

Does anyone know when SSW and other worlds skins will be out again? I would REALLY like to purchase SSW Thresh and wanted to know if there are codes I could get somehow. If codes are not available then a specific date of a re-release would be nice. Thanks!

Maybe around the time of worlds, but otherwise you would have to wait until the time that the S5 winner skins come out. SO maybe in a month, but almost for sure in the spring of 2016.
