Trading skins/champs without fear/scam

I recently discovered along with several of my friends that "trading" skins/champs with other summoners almost never works. Most people get scammed or get sketched out by the idea of trading without knowing 100% that they will receive the gift in return. I think it would benefit league if they made a trading option. Where both summoners put a skin/champ up for trade and once they both put something on the board they hit accept to make the trade successful without getting ripped off.
