So will there ever be a time where the really old skins ( Rusty Blitzcrank, Human Ryze, Black Alistar, The Pax Skins) will be available for purchase? I have yet to meet anyone with these skins and think most if not all do not play the game anymore. Why waste good skins on old accounts? Just LET THEM FREE!

I've seen Black Alistar once when I started playing (7 months ago) and I've seen Pax Sivir couple times here and there other than that I have no idea what Rusty Blitz and Human Ryze look like lmao...
