Hello! I was playing Talon 
before on west and he was real assasin. But i notice now 10 months after he was nerfed how bad he is. Before with silence i could insta kill targets like adc, but now for example Tristana can easily escape me, she can ulti me away, jump away, flash away and i cant do nothing. He's not assasin anymore, you destroy him, so please, for people who like to play Talon give him some buff. Please Riot!

You know that's why the removed his silence, along side Kassadin and LeBlanc, Talon was a low risk/high reward champion. They removed his silence to make up for it.
i never played him when he had silence, but seeing how fast he can delete squishies, it means that when he had silence he could kill them without them being able to do anything. Basically for a squishy character it was something like "enter into talon E's range -> you are dead" As much as i like talon as a champion, i think it was a fair nerf.
