tldr: tier 4: baron and dragon for having 4 skins. tier 5, project map with new shop keeper and jungle creeps. with that said.... hope they make these permanent and have it for pool party too. Pool party, ARCADE, battle cast, halloween, project, seems all good candidates to keeping SR fresh.
