A Pulsefire Ezreal Rework...

So I know that Riot may be working on this already, in which case I'm wasting my time, but I just wanted to share my thoughts on the ultimate skin for Ezreal and most of all, check if it would be updated. I'm not sure if this will ever happen, but if you guys ever update Ezreal's visual effects, I hope you will take the time to update PFE as well.

I would like to share the story on how I came across this skin, as it shows why I want it to be updated. I had recently gotten a bunch of RP to use in-game, so being an Ezreal main, I wanted to get a skin that was the best that was out there for him. I already had Arcade Ezreal because I had gotten that skin when the Arcade event was out, and then I saw that Ezreal was one of the four champions that had an ultimate skin. I immediately searched for a video on the skin and was kind of torn about it. I loved certain aspects of it like the recall (which was beautiful and definitely better than the old counterpart) and the changing armor throughout the game. But some things like the taunt felt well planned, but very clunky and it ruined the playful nature of it. Once I saw Pulsefire Caitlyn, I felt as though PFE was simply out-classed, especially when it came to the ultimate abilities. In the end, I really want to get it, but at the same time, these things are holding me back.

I wanted to give a few suggestions on the changes that PFE could receive to make him an amazing skin again.

1. Change the Haircut I know that Ezreal's haircut may have been iconic to him at some point, but now with the Star Guardian and the Arcade skins changing it, I feel as though the haircut change really differentiates the skins and gives them more flavor. Even a simple change, like making the hair color blue, brown, or black really helps, as the current blonde really clashes with the glowing blue suit of armor. Some characteristics for the haircut, which are less necessary, are that it should be more formal than the normal Ezreal haircut, but still have that vibe of ruggedness. That part is probably really hard to think of, so just a hair color change will be fine.

2. Change the Colors I noticed that with Pulsefire Caitlyn you guys made her shot color change when ever her passive activated. It was kind of cool and I think PFE could use that change, too. You guys could change the color of his auto-attacks and his spells depending on the stack of Rising Spellforce he is on. His suit could also glow a different color at this point. An example would be if Ezreal is on four stacks of his passive, he would glow red and his auto attacks would be red as well. However, when he shoots, let's say, a Mystic Shot it would still be red because the passive did not increse yet. However, once the passive is stacked one more tier, the auto-attacks could be purple, and the spells would also be purple. Now, without any passive stacks, he would still be blue and maybe the first stack of Rising Spellforce could be a darker shade of blue, just so us players won't have a seizure. To me, this seems like a pretty great way to add some more variety and change in the skin, but it's up to the Rioters to see how practical it is.

3. Change the Auto-Attack Animation I honestly feel this was a huge letdown in my decision to buy this skin. The auto-attacks almost look like he is throwing something. I hope it can be changed to something that makes him look like he is shooting. Maybe a stance change is required for this, but I really want it to happen. This is obviously a core part of him and I think it should be better and more smooth.

4. Random Changes that can't take up a whole space by themselves I want to have the same screen effect that happens on PFC's ultimate on PFE's ultimate. He should also have some new animations for important items he builds, like Tear of he Goddess, Manamune, and Muramana. The list could go on for items like these. The abilities should also have new animations when they are maxed, but honestly, this change is not that necessary. Some people don't like the animation for the Trueshot Barrage, but I think it looks fine, but you guys can decide whether or not the color of the ultimate should change with his passive, which I am on the fence about.

I love Ezreal because he is the first champion I truly grinded IP for and he will always have a special place in my heart. this post can probably be ignored because the skin maybe isn't in Riot's eyes anymore. I just wanted to share some concepts and thoughts on PFE with fellow community members and Rioters, and I want to hear some other people's suggestions as well! If there is a rework for this skin, I probably will drop all my money and buy it, because I know that Riot takes updating old designs very seriously, and hopefully this skin can return to the glory that it had when it first released.
