Forecast Janna not working!!!

After paying $14 for a skin I expect ALL of her features to work properly. UNFORTUNATELY my does not display the weather forecast neither does she get struck by lightning. These are her two BEST features too! A friend of mine is also experiencing the same problems. Is it only us? Are there any solutions?

In the future, please use the Report a Bug board to report issues you're experiencing. ^-^

I was able to successfully load her in game and have her struck by lightning via /joke, and I was able to display the forecast image by using /taunt. Are you still experiencing this issue?
