Thresh Skin - Undead Rancher

I've been thinking of this new skin for thresh for a long time. Considering Thresh has only 2 skins and is a widely used character, I always wanted an undead rancher skin. His q ability being a lasso grab (wrangle), w being a whip back and forth, and the lantern being his old fashioned kerosene lantern. His ult would be a barbwire fence, that when it creates it a bunch of cow sounds. It would go with Caitlyn's west and yasuo's highnoon skin. Anywho... Riot. Make it happen! lol.
