Hey dev team. I have got an idea for a new spell.
what about a summoner spell that can reduce the cooldown of anything such as an ability, an item or even the other summoner spell 
.

showcase251 votesIf it's just to take a couple seconds off a ability, it wouldn't really be worth it, especially for a at least a 2 mins cooldown.
If a complete refresh, it would either be too powerful or cause some strange bugs i guess.
Lastly, we have this in game via Ziliean ability or Kat passive, so it exist, but I feel from my statements above it would have a hard time finding a player desired home
