[Champion Concept] Oyan, the Stone Soldier
Lore --
Oyan was found in front of the Demacia gates one day. Nobody knew where he was from or how he got there. He quickly became a famous warrior with his merciless fighting style and unbeatable strategies. Little did the people know he harbored a dark secret. Everyday his inner shadow became closer to being revealed. One day while training with his troops Oyan started to slowly turn into stone. The soldiers feared him and fled while Oyan was stuck in his own stone shell slowly being encased. The next day when the soldiers came to check on him they found nothing but a empty stone shell. They heard a loud roar from behind them, there stood Oyan but something had changed and he began to mercilessly slaughter them one by one. He could not be stopped that was until Garen showed up and quickly put a stop to Oyan's blood lust but before Garen could strike Oyan down he turned into a statue and faded away into dust.
Oyan now searches the Rift for more victims to slaughter and to destroy Garen once and for all.

Abilities--

Passive : Heart of Stone
Every 3rd attack against champions deals 0.5% of your current health in damage and takes that much health from you. (You cannot kill yourself with this ability) _

Q : Stone Slash
Oyan takes out his stone gauntlets and hits target enemy unit 3 times and roots them for 1 Second while doing this. (Applies on-hit effects) (Can be used on his W) _

W : Stone Silhouette
Oyan summons a Stone Remnant of himself in target area which if he walks through gives him a speed boost or if a enemy champion walks through it it deals damage to them and slows them. If Oyan uses Stone Slash on his Stone Silhouette he becomes Stone for 3.0 seconds making him immune to cc. _

E : Stone Strength
Oyan gains Attack Speed and Attack Damage for 5 seconds and can walk through units. If Oyan uses this while below 25% Health he also gains Lifesteal.

R : Stone Smash
Oyan turns into a large statue of himself for 3.0 Seconds and can pound target area around him while in Statue form dealing damage and knocking up enemies. While in Statue form Oyan is immune to damage and cannot be targeted. (If he does not use his pound the cooldown of this is reduced by 30%)

Strengths and Weaknesses:
You can use his Q and W combo to escape from teamfights and get to safety against a heavily cc-based team.
You can use his Ultimate in teamfights to control the fight by knocking them up for your team.
While using his Q he can still take damage from enemies and be cc'd.
While using his ultimate the enemy team can gather around Oyan to destroy him as soon as he leaves ultimate so try to get your team to defend you while in Statue Form.
