Skin idea: Yurei Nami

Almost all of Nami's skin are related to fish right now, so i thought that it would be really nice for her to have a skin that is more fun:D So here we are, Yurei Nami (or spirit nami if that is easier to understand)

The idea is from a Japanese ghost, Yurei (幽靈). It is a female spirit with no legs (because legs are strange) and that is just PERFECT for nami!

Her staff is from the Japanese Shinto Shrine
For her E, there can be 3 spirit fire surrounding the target (like that of Ahri), and W and R can be some ghost/spirit rushing to target that would look sooooo cooolll
