Updating old Legendary skins?

So the other day I was playing one of my old favorites, Olaf. Well I have the Brolaf skin (which is awesome) but it kinda hit me that some of the old legendary skins are a bit lack luster compared to newer skins that are only 975 or 1350. I totally understand that they were made a long time ago and that League has come a long way since then but when compared to other 1820 skins it just doesnt rightly deserve that price. So I was just wondering if Riot is ever planning on maybe updating skins like Brolaf or Corporate Mundo to be a little more on par with legendary skins. Or if the time to do that would to long I guess you could lower the price but in that situation people who already bought them may feel a bit cheated. And when I say update I dont mean a complete redo of the skin, just maybe something to make it shine a bit more. For example Brolaf has the hilarious VO and a great look to him but there is no recall animation and his ability particles are identical to vanilla Olaf. Just changing up the particles a tad and adding some kind of recall animation would be more than enough to satisfy me. In fact I am already satisfied I just think some stuff needs a polish other than just the champions themselves.

TLDR: Some old skins just dont seem to match their prices when compared to newer skins in the same price category.
