Add remakes to champ select
I don't care how you do it, just do it.

Considering that /remake is just to deal with early afk, I'd say that the afk check already in the system (not locking in a pick/ban) is a lot like /remake for champ select.
remakes are for people who fail to connect, if someone fails to connect in champion select game gets cancelled automaticlly
