I know everybody didnt use the green enchantment (wich gave you warding trinkets) in the jungle but myself as a Lee Sin player this item was very usefull and very good for the team. I would really like if we could get it back!

Hotarµ3 votesIIRC Lee Sin and Jax were the main reasons for it being removed. They benefited too much from having wards on-demand that often.
Aside from that, it was built all the time in higher ELO matches because vision is such a vital tool especially at that level of play.
