I want to do something nice for my friend. She has played sivir a lot and is just so amused with the champion. She plays her a lot and I would like to surprise her with sivir's rare skin. If anyone has it or knows where I can get it, please tell me :(

Unfortunately since the deactivation of skin codes last month, unless Riot gives it away in another form, it's now unattainable. Sorry friend.
