[Champion Concept] Alebal, the Grand Marshall of Demacia
I thought it would be interesting to have a champion orientated around minions, the part of LOL that is so important and yet so unimportant, especially during late game, when champions can clear a wave in a few seconds. I also wanted a champion that focused somewhat more on destroying objectives, such as towers or inhibitors as well as being able to wield a massive army (of minions). So this is what I came up with:
Lore: Alebal was a renowned Demacian general generations ago, who fought alongside Jarvan I, Jarvan II and was involved in the recruitment of Xin Zhao. He led the Demacian army and claimed decisive victory over the Noxus in countless battles and as a result became the most honored figure in Demacia. However, all of this was seen as a threat to the new king Jarvan II, who found difficulties in dealing with the military that orientated around Alebal instead of being loyal to himself. Alebal sensed the lurking hostility of his king towards him, but was unable to leave since he was concerned about a potential Noxian invasion if he left that would be too difficult for the young king to handle. It was only after meeting Xin Zhao, a man he could trust to support Jarvan II, that Alebal finally decided to retire and fade away from sight.
Play style Notes:
- Alebal should be a AD tank jungler, but can be played as a top laner or support.
- One of Alebal's key strategies is to solo towers with his ult and minions controlled by Follow Me.
- Alebal's minions should be a very useful tool for blocking abilities, blocking enemy champion movements, and, of course, annoying ally champions by blocking them.
Abilities:

[Passive] As one: Every 5 minion kills by ally champions across the entire map will reward Alebal by 2 gold.

[Q] For Demacia: Range: 600 Cooldown: 10 seconds Mana Cost: 10/15/20/25/30 per second Effect: All minions and Alebel within the range are boosted with 5%/5%/10%/10%/20% attack speed, 5/10/15/20/25 armor as well as magic resist and 20% movement speed.

[W] Follow Me: Range: 500 Cooldown: 20 seconds Mana Cost: 50 Effect: Allows (1/1/2/2/3) ally minions chosen by random within the range to leave the lane and follow Alebal. The minions will gain 10 (+40% AD) attack, 100(+10% Alebal's health) health, and their base movement speed becomes the same as Alebal's current movement speed. They can be commanded to move together manually with alt to move and attack freely within a range of 600 from Alebal.
Note: This would be a very interesting ability in the sense that it can be used to divert minions from lanes, reduce opponent cs, and potentially for the pro players be used to block champion movements.

[E] Charge: Range: 400 Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Effect: Alebal and minions controlled by Follow Me will all dash towards the target area and do 30/60/90/120/150 (+50% AD) physical damage per minion to all targets on the way and terrifies them for 0.5 seconds (works like the Fiddlestick Q).

[R] The Soul of Demacia: Range: 1000 Cooldown: 120s/110s/100s Effect: Summons an inhibitor with 1000 health at a location within the range and is unoccupied. It will stay active for 30 seconds and bring Alebal's past comrades to his side (so minions) every 15 seconds, so 3 times including the time when it was placed down. Level 1 gives just the standard wave of minions. Level 2 gives one super minion and the standard wave. Level 3 gives 2 super minions and the standard wave. Enemies can destroy the inhibitor.
Note: This might again give some pro play since the inhibitor behaves just like the normal inhibitor (in the sense that it is terrain) and could thus be used to block abilities and champions. It would also be good for some Xpeke play.
Just a note, the name Alebal is a combination of Alexander and Hannibal. Feedback would be much appreciated.
