(Champion Concept) Madok, Rune Blade Mercenary
(On progress...) I would like to play this style of Champion, so I try to decide him. Background is not quite good, i only decide abilities and outlook but for BG i image where his outlook suit and just types it if you not serious about it, skipped it.
Background A Piltovian who believe in the ancient power .Becoming mercenary just for spend his boring spare time .Some Piltovian called him HERO but he think that's a joke because his hi-tech weapon ( he also a poor guy with his too kind-heart ) There is a mission which change his life .In the ancient village near Freljord .The chieftain told him about ancient rune power with made this village safe. Heard that ,Madok felt interested and want to see that power so the chieftain guide Madok to the cave at Ironspike Mountain There ,Madok felt powerful aura within the cave ,the chieftin told him that nobody could sense or feel such a thing ,Madok was fuddle with his word so he decided to explore the cave .Madok exploring that cave for half-day then he reached the deepest part with glowing light he saw the beautiful aura Madok tried to touch it but then the aura faded which review a white glowing shard. He decided to take the shard back. Back to Piltover ,Madok discover the power of mysterious shard he got ,its energy are pure and infinite then he decide to use it as his weapon .He made himself a long-large gun-blade shape of rectangle .He made a small blade called bullet with shard power inside and use as gun bullets .Then he becomes outstanding Piltovian mercenary with ancient power hi-tech weapon and decide to use his power in the right way eventhough he don't know why he could got this ancient shard
Outlook Madok is a calm-cool guy with long-large gun-blade in his right hand.he has black-hair and brown-eyes in black-white vest .his inside shirt is skin color with red pattern look like X. his weapon glowing white light show the pure power of ancient runes .Eventhough He look skinny ,he also a well trained mercenary with sharp-sense with funny nature and prefer to joking around his friends .His action is also slash enemy with his rectangle like gun-blade but he won't shoot it because his precious Rune Bullets are the ancient power so he won't waste the power on shoot it to unskilled enemy

Abilities
Passive : Rune Bullets Madok have 5 Blade shape bullets which will use on his abilities .After cast his abilities bullets will drop on the ground remaining 10 sec .if Madok pick it up he will regain his bullet, receive 10% AS and 7 bonus AD (+ 3 per lvl) for 5 sec the bonus AD can be stack up 5 times
Q : Blade Shot - Skillshot Madok shoot out his bullet forward hit the first enemy unit deal 65/90/115/140/165 damage + 35% bonus AD. If Blade Shot hit enemy champion Madok will get 30/55/80/105/130 shield + 10% bonus AD for 1 sec. (The bullet will drop where it hit) Cost 25 Mana CD 4 sec range 550
W : Bullets Slash Madok slash his blade in the cone direction in front and while slashing he shoot his bullets out of the slash radiuds in cone direction toward for each bullets he has(up to 3 bullets) slash will deal 70/105/140/175/210 damage + 40% bonus AD and bullet will deal 60/90/120/150/180 damage
- 60% AP the bullets will pierce all enemy in the direction all drop in max range Cost 50 Mana CD 5 sec Slash rad. 175 Shoot range (out of slash range) 450
E : Rune Seal / Reloaded - Target 1st cast Allies : Madok seal his ally with his bullets give his ally 55/80/105/130/155 shield + 15% bonus AD and 25% MS last for 3 sec after 3 sec the bullets will drop Enemies : Madok Seal his enemy target with his bullets deal 50/85/120/155/190 + 45% AP and slow target 30% for 3 sec After 3 sec the bullet will drop (if Madok use Rune Burst!! in while bullets struck it will drag target to him) 2nd cast Madok target his bullet around him and dash to it ,pick it up and apply his passive Cost 1st cast 30/40/50/60/70 Mana 2nd cast no cost CD after 1st cast for 3 sec or cast 2nd time 13/11/9/7/5 sec Range 1st&2nd 500
R (Ultimate) : Rune Burst!! Madok burst his rune power after drag all his bullets on the map to him deal 300/450/600 damage + 65% AP to enemy near him .Madok grant 25% MS and 25% AS after burst his power for 5 sec and apply his passive .The enemies hit by the bullets while it dragged will take 150/300/450 damage +50% bonus AD and dragged to Madok for a short distance if enemies reach collide Madok or Ally champion they will stunned for 1.0 sec Cost 100 Mana Cd 100/80/60 sec Burst AoE 250 Burst Delay 0.5 after Bullets Dragged
