Day of the dead skins

What if there was a set of skinsfor day of the dead? Since there is skins about culture for jinx (firecracker jinx) and kog maw ( Chinese New Years ), and ryze (uncle ryze) why not include others ? It would be great to see this since the league of legends community is so diverse.
