New button suggestion

Just a suggestion, but riot could you please consider putting a "Never put me in a game with this troll again" button into League of legends.

I see it being an additional button like right beside the report button.

Too many times i get trolled in a game, want to forget the match and then hit the play again button and the same guy is there, ready to troll and throw the game again.

I see the side effects this would cause with limiting the players you can be matched with, but i would honestly want to wait longer in que, if it meant not getting trolled in back to back games.
