I have now, far to many times, pressed the "spectate game" button, when I really just ment to write a message. I know, its stupid, but could Riot give people a second chance? U know, like windows, ask 50 times, if I'm sure I want to do this. Maybe not 50 times, but u know what I mean. Its so anoying, when u have to enter a game, everytime u push that button....

Why not just double click their name to send a message?
Sounds to me like your mouse sensitivity is way too high. I manually click the send message as well and I have NEVER had this problem.
Here's what I have settings on if you want to try it:
Mouse hardware: DPI sensitivity 1750 (DPI is a standard for all mice and you can alter it on any wireless mouse,if you cant change it on your mouse then google it, there is a way) Windows mouse properties: middle tick In-game speed: 50
