Please give us an option to get rid of Tier 2 runes

They're used mainly as a placeholder until i get real runes for champions i'm experimenting with and since you can't save the "hide tier 2 runes" option i have to scour through all of them.

I suggest being able to sell them back for 1 ip(the same price you bought them for so they're basically rental) or allowing us to craft any 3 colour matching runes into a random same-colour tier 3 rune. Also pls make "hide tier 2 runes" a saved option
