Star Slayers Skins?

Just a thought but if there are Star Guardians, why aren't there any Star Slayers. I mean, take a look at Soraka; each time she Qs, stars comes crashing down from the heavens. And then when Soraka makes a wish, stars also comes crashing down.

I think Star Slayer Soraka would be awesome. And with the fact that Soraka will then be a SSS ranked mage. Who else would get Star Slayer Skins? Not sure, but it'll be interesting to see.
