Jhin current problems

Hi I main Jhin since his release and i want to help balance him just to perfection with his current issues i made some contcepts about improvising his kit

  1. Marking targets with his Q when you are out of ammo and u want to root someone u dont have proper way to do this than wait for reload so it would be great if his Q put a mark on target

  2. Mid game issues after 1 or 2 items you are in awkward place till 80% due to Jhin's fixed AS he cant pull out good number of crits like other ADC do. But there is a way to make his mid gameplay enjoyable For every 30bonus AD Jhin gets 10% crit (does not count AD from passive )

  3. Now some minor problems first one is W old scaling it really gave sniper feeling but now damage is not enought to kill really low hp target. Reducting Q bounce off damage increase at the cost of more base damage.

  4. Maybe a little armor bonus when reloading ?

I like the overall idea, coming from a fellow Jhin main, but I do have some reservations about a few of these ideas, personally, I don't think the 10% crit from every 30 bonus ad is balanced, as the next logical thing to do is to rush an IE and then have 40% crit and have them do more damage all at around 11 minutes. Then go ER and then have 80% crit + however much cooldown you get. It would make it way too easy to get 100% crit. But I like the ideas overall!
