Poppy
I really feel Poppy needs a little rework like Sion had one. She's super a super champion but could be so much more. Her art is old and her in game model is... much to be desired. I still play and main her though.

If you mean animation rework ok. Just don't change Poppy's spells. Most of the time when riot does a rework they just nerf champions. It is better to leave them be. I mean look at ryze his q sucks now. After the Garen re animation he attacks slower.
