Lazarus, The King of Fighters
Lazarus
I'm bad at drawing so I'm have no way to provide a picture or splash art but he looks pale and extremely bulky but has a limp and machines jutting out of his limbs and is naked except for boxing shorts and boxing gloves.
Lore: Lazarus is the greatest fighter that zaun has ever known, maybe all of valoran but soon Viktors augments and cybernetics made their way into the fighting ring. Scared to lose his title Lazarus knew he had to adapt or died. So, begrudgingly, he accepted Viktors request to augment his body. When all was done Lazarus wasn't much more than a fraction of his former personality but he was much stronger. Yet the machines and constant whirling of gears together with the persistent pain he was in drove him mad and the day of his championship fight he snapped, killing his opponent and 30 bystanders making him a hero of the underground zaunites but a number 1 priority for the police.
Abilities:
Passive, Perfect body: although Lazarus starts at an inate advantage he has certain drawbacks decreasing his effectiveness based on his damaged parts, these a split into 3 effects and 2 drawbacks. The only way to restore damage to these parts is to kill an enemy champion or return to base.
Achilles heel: Lazarus gains 15% movement speed and increases the range of his Q up to 600, damage to his back reduces these effects up to -15% movement speed and reducing the range of his Q by 200 units.
Stalwart: Lazarus has a shoulder mounted rifle which every 12-8 seconds fire a bolt targeting champions which deals 40-200 ad damage based on level. As well Lazarus gains 10-40 resistances (based on level). Damage to his front will reduce the resistances by up to -5.
Knockout: Lazarus gains 20% attack speed and 20 Ad because his one request was that Victor doesn't augment his arms. This effect can't be reduced.
Q, feral lunge: Lazarus jumps at his target dealing 50-200 Ad damage and canceling channels Scales with 30% of bonus Ad Cooldown 15-10 seconds Range is 700 units, affected by Achilles heel.
W, Metal harvest: when activated deals additional magic and attack damage on auto attacks based on enemy's armor for 6 seconds. Passively gain lifesteal based on the target enemy's armor, 1% for every 10 armor points up to 6-15% (based on level) Cooldown 8-5 seconds
E, King of Fighters: for the next 2-1 (based on level) seconds Lazarus charges a knockout punch deals 200%-320% of his total Ad plus 100-200 magic damage on his next auto attack but making Lazarus unable to auto attack for the next 2-0.5 seconds Cooldown 16-6 seconds
R, Purity or plague: at level 6 Lazarus is given a augment point which increases the effect of one of his passives and increases the drawback. However at lvl 11 he can choose between plague, receiving an augment point at 11 and 16 and gaining another augment passive in which his head is augmented allowing Lazarus to see through terrain and blinds
or he can choose purity which sheds his augments and rids their bonus and drawbacks except for knockout and gaining 40 additional ad and 10% lifesteal. As well this will change his ultimate to Championship Fight in which Lazarus chooses an opponent on the enemy team and both him and the opponent will now be trapped within 2000 units of each other the fighters can't attack or be attacked by outside sources during the duration of 20 seconds and will gain 50% movement speed towards each other until either dies, during this time either opponents auto attacks will taunt the other without reducing stats. The winner of the fight receives the championship belt passive which increases Ad or ap ,adaptive, for 2 minutes. Championship fight cooldown 200-150 seconds
My main goal with Lazarus was to create a champion who had apparent weakness but also capitalized on certain champions weaknesses as well
