Skin Gifting for the Holiday season

Hey guys! So everyone loves to gift and receive new skins, chiefly when you get a legacy skin from a random gift! It's especially exciting when you and a friend put in some money and have a random skin "gift war" where you each gift each other the same amount of skins but see who "won" and got the better random skins. Sometimes we get skins that are OP, but we don't play the champion and the skin is never used, so what if for Christmas (or the holiday seasons, to be politically correct :P) we were able to put those skins to good use!! Have that re-gifted Amumu skin but never use him? Give up your old skin and actually "re-gift" him to a friend who mains as the sad little mummy! Being able to re-gift unused skins would heighten the league excitement as Leaguers would be able to show their appreciation and surprise their friends without spending more RP. It would also make gift wars all that more thrilling knowing you can switch skins with your friend when one of you receive the skin the other has always been longing for. This way you'll be able to safely spend RP on random gifts without the worry of getting skins for a champion you don't like with the chance to re-gift it for whatever holiday you'll be celebrating this December.
