My idea for new champion

Hi Guys I am bupup, please call me Ann. I have an idea about new champion, actually about his ultimate. So for his ulti, he can click on any enemy champion nearby, to become that champion with the same HP. If his original is lower than 25%, he'll get more damage for his skills (maybe 10%). The less health he has, the more damage he gain while being other champion. However, the movement speed and attack speed are reduced (shoulda). This ult can happen in 4-5 seconds. Eg: New champion named Bupup, who is having only 200 HP/1000 HP, standing close to Mega Gnar. Bupup clicked on Gnar and becoming a second Gnar, having the same HP (200/1000), same skin, ... but more damage, less movement speed and attk speed. This new champion can be an advantage in a combat, I think, maybe not. It could be Jungle, Support, Tank. So players should know the mechanics of every champions in LoL, which is good new for LoL
