[Champion Idea] Helmet Bro (The man under the helmet)

Here is my friends and my idea for Helmet Bro and all this is off of all the videos till now 2/23/2017. I just think he would be an awesome and a hilarious if he is added to the game. So here is what we have so far.

Helmet Bro (The man under the Helmet)

Passive: Undying Vengeance When an ally champion dies he gets a small buff in armor. (permanently or short term we don't know)

Q: Dash to the Rescue Helmet Bro dashes to targeted location, knocking up minions and monsters along the way. If he collides with an ally champion the ally champion gains a shield, if he collides with an enemy champion then Helmet Bro gains a shield. (and maybe slow down the enemy champion a little)

W: Cower Passive: Helmet Bro gets a small buff in movement speed when running away from enemy Champions. Active: Helmet Bro gains a significant armor buff for a short duration.

E: Tear of Destruction After channeling for about 2 seconds which he carries a tear which he throws on his next basic attack which has silences the enemy, and dose extra damage.

R: The Final Strike (or can also be called Teemo Skull Basher) When activated Helmet Bro dose a large amount of damage to a single target. If used on Teemo he channels for 3 seconds while taking no damage, activating a cut scene (exactly like in "The Finale Teemo" video) and shows everyone the carnage, and on the landing (on all the enemy champions) it doses splash damage on near by units and enemy champs. And if used on Teemo it Instakills him and has a increased splash damage and increased cooldown.

/Taunt Helmet bro turns around and looks back with a Death Glare. If enemy champion is near Helmet Bro he keeps Glaring at them until "out of sight".

/Dance or /d He goes on all fours and starts twerking back and fourth

/Joke Helmet Bro goes into a cowering state and starts sucking his thumb. (Like in the Video "The Finale Teemo" at the end), or interacts with the champion near him and try to look better the other champion.

Spawn in (Beginning of the game) Runs out of Helmet Bro house putting on his boots

Recall It can be that helmet bro is reading a book and before he goes to spawn tons of assist me signs hit him in the head. Or another one is a Random outhouse pops up and he runs in to, at the end you here a flushing noise and the outhouse brakes and the toilet is left there (for like 1 min or so)

Skin Ideas:

• Normal skin: 3D Helmet Bro
• Star guardian Helmet Bro (from the video The Academy or somthing like that)
• Animated Helmet Bro
• The Want a Be - Looks like but with a helmet. and also can have a interaction with the two.
• He-Man Helmet Bro - Looks like He-Man. Helmet bro has no Helmet and walks around with long flowing hair. When he dose / taunt or /dance he starts singing
• The Massacred Helmet Bro - Just to join the fun of having so many Helmet Bro Death scenarios i just had to make this a skin. So Helmet Bro Looks like a total wreck, and looks like a Zombie. His Helmet is really dented and broken, the same to his armor and a huge footprint in his armor where crushed him and his Right arm is all rock from stare.
