New mode

Firtsly want to remind you, that I am not fluent in english, so you will see many grammar mistakes :D

I have a cool idea with a new mode in League of Legends, so i want to tell you about it

I think it would be nice to create, 5v5 mode in summoner's rift, and give to 1 player from both teams and urf mode privileges, randomly,(cdr, no mana and so on), ofc every 10 minutes this player must give this privileges to another player, it can be randomly or by a vote(like surrender vote)

What do you think about this idea?
