Petition for Butterfly Princess Swain Skin

It was an unranked draft pick, I had picked Katarina (because I suck with her and wanted to practice) and the other midlaner had chosen Swain. Everything started out as normal until we hit that fabled level 6. Immediately, like the bronze-level tactician I am, dove in as soon as I could, throwing out my bouncing blade and trying my best to shunpo Swain to death, he flung out his incredibly pretty animations and I couldn't help but be mesmerised by how fluid and incredible they looked, then I noticed my health, panicked and popped my death lotus, I was nearly dead, he was nearly dead and I was determined to not back out.

Then everything changed... Just as I thought I had the upper hand, Swain pops his ult, his wings flare out menacingly, everything changes and I suddenly see the light of hope that was me winning that duel fade into nothingness as my health hit 0 and as the still ulting demon-like crow commander walked away and flashed an emote effectively teabagging my corpse I couldnt help but think to myself... "you know, what if he was a butterfly princess instead of a crow general?"

What are the necessary steps I need to take to make this skin into a reality? I want this so bad.
